Almost all fabricating methods currently used for wood, aluminium, steel or other materials are available for fabrication of fibre reinforced polymer pultrusions. Bolts and nuts and a wide assortment of rivets and threaded inserts can be used to fasten FRP to similar and dissimilar materials. Superstud!™/Nuts! threaded rods and nuts are also available for highly corrosive applications. The use of an adhesive in combination with other mechanical fastening devices is highly recommended for optimal load distribution.

Decking, Boardwalks and Walkways can be fabricated for quick site assembly
Cutting, drilling and routing can be performed with existing equipment to produce finshed products to customer orders. Straight cuts, miter cuts, and ripping can all be done with existing equipment.
Composites can be bonded to produce multi- component assemblies and can be bonded to other hardware Pre-fabricated assemblies make on-site installations easy.
Although the pultruded profiles contain additives for UV resistance, profiles can be painted to customers requirements. Painting (and bonding) requires removal of the surface finish, a smooth finish created by the mould release agents during curing. The surface residue can simply be wiped away with a solvent for painting, or sanded when bonding is to be performed.
