Trident Marker Pylon

APEES Marlan have developed the Trident Marker Pylon to provide ease of access to assets on top of the markers. The hinging mechanism allows servicing of the assets from a boat or working platform at water level, whether it be high or low tide. This system removes the hazards of personnel servicing assets by ladder, or other means, at high tide.

Where there is no requirement for assets to be fixed or located on top of the marker, the Trident Marker Pylon can be installed as one length without the hinging mechanism.
The inherent features of the Trident Marker Pylon include:
-
Equal or superior strength to traditional Marker Pylons
-
The marker will not rot, rust or decay
-
Significantly reduced maintenance of the marker
-
Light weight and ease of installation

The APEES Marlan Trident Marine Pylons were installed by jettisoning from an existing barge rig. The Contractors were very impressed at the speed of installation and the strength of the pylons. Having installed the pylons as supplied the Contractors were able to paint and apply self adhesive marking insitu.
